My artistic practice revolves around illustration, painting, and animation, using both traditional and digital techniques. Through visual narrative, I explore memory, childhood, and identity as spaces of construction and transformation.
My life trajectory, marked by displacement and the experience of having lived in different countries, deeply permeates my work and manifests in a constant reflection on absence, nostalgia, and the processes of emotional and symbolic reconstruction.
My works are built from fragmented memories, sensations, and elements of the cultural imaginary, using the image as a means to recover what is no longer there and to resignify it. Mexican culture, especially the symbolism of chimeras and Aztec gods, along with the visual poetics of Studio Ghibli's animated films, have influenced my visual language, where the everyday and the fantastic coexist.
My goal is to create works that establish an emotional and symbolic connection with the viewer, combining elements of fantasy, memory, and culture within a personal and sensitive visual language.
