This project is an exploration on memory, identity and the emotional link with the spaces of my childhood, through five drawings in which I reinterpret rooms from different countries where I lived. I rely on family photographs and use different materials to represent each place: colored pencils for Mexico, alcohol pens for New Caledonia, oil pastels for Morocco, chalk for El Salvador and watercolors for Colombia. Through color and texture, I re-signify these spaces as symbols of lived experiences and explore how memories transform our perception of places.
